Albert G. Stoll Jr.
Al stands up for the rights of individuals in catastrophic personal injury,
insurance bad faith, nursing home neglect, elder abuse and dangerous drug cases.
Al has obtained the prestigious AV from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating
system and in 2006 and 2007 was selected as a Northern California Super Lawyer. He has tried
over fifty civil jury cases through verdict, volunteered as an instructor for the
National Institute for Trial Advocacy, and is co-author of Plaintiff Lawyers Guide
to Minor Impact Cervical and Lumbar Injuries, (Litigation One 2003). He received his
J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law in 1992 and B.S. in
Economics from U.C. Santa Barbara in 1990. Al is on the Board of Governors for the
Consumer Attorneys of California and the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association.

Courtney Cassinelli
Courtney is a plaintiff's attorney specializing in personal injury law, and has served
as Practice Manager of Albert G. Stoll, Jr. | A Law Corporation since 2006.
A native San Franciscan, she holds a B.A. in History from Loyola Marymount
University and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
She is currently a member of both the American Bar Association and the San
Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. She has also taught a course in "Street Law"
to students at Lincoln High School in San Francisco. In 2006, Courtney served as
the lead counsel in two successful jury trials.

Walter A. Haynes IV
Walter is a plaintiff's attorney specializing in personal injury law.
Throughout his career, Walter has sought to be an advocate for
those who have fallen victim of crime, including those who have been injured in
motor vehicle collisions. Walter gained valuable experience as a patrol officer and
investigator during an 11-year career with the California Highway Patrol. While
serving with the CHP, Walter received "Expert" certification in the field of
Motor Vehicle Accident Reconstruction. With this certification, Walter
would eventually investigate more than 3,000 motor vehicle accidents for the CHP and
allied government agencies. Walter joined Albert G. Stoll, Jr. | A Law Corporation

Stephen MacLean
Stephen is an experienced trial attorney who has worked with Albert Stoll since 1997.
Stephen graduated from Golden Gate Law School in 1996, and was on the Mock Trail team
while he attended there. Prior to going to law school, Stephen worked for 14 years as
a life support technician at Stanford University Medical Center. While at Stanford,
he was a Respiratory Therapy Supervisor, and had a staff of 37 technicians directly
answerable to him. His experience brings a broad dimension of understanding of our
client's medical issues that result from having sustained a personal injury. Email

Myrna Bruno
Myrna is originally from El Salvador, but moved to the Bay Area in 1993.
She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
As the in-house bookkeeper of our firm, she will help you with the details of your settlement. Myrna

Jonathan Lee
Jonathan Lee has been with Albert G. Stoll, Jr. | A Law Corporation as a legal assistant
since 2007. He received a B.A. in Criminology, Law & Society from U.C. Irvine in 2006
and is currently completing the Paralegal Certification Program at San Francisco State
University. As our legal assistant, he will be able to help you with the administrative
